Yoga nidra is a minimalist practice; it doesn't require flexibility or fancy yoga pants. Yet as simple as it is, it's incredibly potent. People use yoga nidra for relaxation, meditation, stress reduction, general wellness, overcoming creative blocks, and a host of other difficulties. Your yoga nidra practice can be as short as 15 minutes or as long as 90; it's adaptable, so each student can get what they need.
