Celebrate the Autumn Equinox with a gentle slow flow practice, followed by a long yoga nidra. We'll be practicing in the unheated space. To celebrate the balancing of the sun and moon, the flow practice will incorporate both sun and moon salutations, as well as gentle movements to prepare us for a deep nidra experience. The yoga nidra will include physical relaxation, an breath practice, and a series of visualizations. To honor the equal parts of darkness and light at equinox, I'll serve Double-Stuff Oreos after the event.
This event is $10 for the general public, and free for members of Modo Yoga Austin.
