Yoga for Writers: A Mini-Retreat

You’ve made a commitment to your writing. You love your project. But you’re stuck. Maybe you’re overwhelmed with your day job or your family commitments. Maybe that initial spark of inspiration has fizzled, and you’re wondering if this idea is worth pursuing. Maybe you’re stuck and just don’t know how to get out of the funk.

Join me on Saturday, January 26th for a mini writing retreat. Bring your work-in progress. We’ll use gentle movement and guided relaxation to break down the barriers stifling our creativity. After our yoga practice, you’ll get time to write in a supportive, quiet, distraction-free environment. No yoga or meditation experience required. Just bring yourself and your writing for a peaceful, relaxing, and creativity-filled afternoon. This event is open to writers of any genre and any level of experience who are struggling with a creative project.
